The reception staff were very helpful and cute. the outdoor play area was a nice addition for families. The breakfast was really good and had multiple options for all tastes. The rooms were really clean.
The food was AWFUL, it was never hot, just lukewarm. The food was never replenished straight away, so the rest of the food was stone cold while I was waiting. The rooms are too small for four people.

the breakfast was fantastic, with an excellent selection. the hotel was also super clean. i received little presents like chocolates and crisps left on my bed.
The bar staff included an older lady with glasses. She seemed bothered to serve and always looked miserable

the hotel location is top. almost all rooms have balconies. it is a short walk to the beach and the promenade so it is very convenient.

the staff were very helpful and friendly. i found the gent on reception to be very friendly. the staff provided great interaction with children. jésus from reception deserves a 100.

The reception staff prepared a welcome bag with fruit, sandwiches, cakes, and water upon my late arrival, and I found that acceptable.
The single room lacked drawers for clothes, so I had to keep most of my belongings in my bags. The television signal was intermittent, annoying when I wanted to relax. My room was above the children's play area, I could hear shouting and screaming until late at night and that was not good at all.

clean hotelfriendly staffkids club
The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff at the main dining area were very friendly. My kids really enjoyed the kids club sessions from 3.30-5pm and 9pm -11.30pm.
